Dave founded F.S.G Property MGT in honor of his late father, Frank Salvatore Giso. Frank began his career as a painting contractor and went on to own and operate his own painting company, serving the Capital District for more than 50 years. He never needed to advertise. He built his business entirely on referrals, one satisfied customer recommending him to the next.
To the people who knew him, Frank was more than a contractor. He was someone you could always rely on, and a helping hand to anyone in the community who needed one. He did honest work, he worked hard, and he stood behind his word.
