In short: we collect only what you choose to send us so we can answer your request. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell or share your information for marketing.
Who we are
This website, fsgproperty.com, is run by F.S.G Property MGT, LLC, an owner-operated business that leases and manages the homes it owns and provides home services in the Capital District of New York. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean F.S.G Property MGT, LLC.
What we collect
When you send a consultation request
- Your name (required).
- A phone number, an email address, or both. You choose which.
- Your town, if you choose to give it.
- What kind of help you're looking for, the services you select, and any message you write.
- A record that you agreed to be contacted, and the date and time of your request.
We ask only for what we need to reply to you. Please don't put payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information in the form.
When you call or email us
We keep the details you give us, such as your name, number, email and what you need, so we can help you and keep a record of the work.
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use it to identify or track you, and we don't run analytics or advertising tools. See our cookie policy.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request, give quotes, schedule work and provide our services.
- To manage leases, properties, billing and records for customers and residents.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
Form consent
Before you send the consultation form, we ask you to check a box that confirms you agree to the following:
- F.S.G Property MGT may contact you by phone or email, using the details you gave, to respond to this request. This includes questions, quotes and scheduling.
- We will not add you to a marketing list, and we will not send automated or pre-recorded calls or marketing text messages.
- Your request is stored by our website host (see below) and in our email, as this policy describes.
Checking the box is required to send the form, because we can't answer a request without contacting you. If you'd rather not use the form, you can call or email us instead. You can withdraw your consent at any time by telling us by phone or email. We'll stop contacting you about the request and delete it unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose:

We may also share information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order.
How long we keep it
- If a request doesn't lead to work, we delete it within 24 months.
- For customers and residents, we keep records for as long as the work or lease continues, and then for as long as tax and other laws require. This is usually up to 7 years.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards for a business of our size, including password-protected accounts and limiting access to the people who need it, as New York's SHIELD Act requires. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as New York law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call or email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
